playdates

I promised the kids that over Christmas break
they could each have a friend over,
so today we invited them to play,
and we have 8 kids running around the house (fun!)

The big boys are shooting everyone,
while the middle boys play wii and legos,
and the older girls are playing doctor
while Eden makes everyone tea.

And I'm trying to catch up on the never-ending laundry :)

I love playdates too. The kids are super happy and mom has time to catch up on her stuff. Perfect. I hope that you all enjoy every moment.

I had 6 kids over the Thursday before Christmas. Planned crafts and wii games as well as decorating cookies. It was a wonderful day, I got my cooking and cleaning done. Then the parents all came over and we ordered pizza. Such a fun day, I think it might become a Christmas tradition.

Sounds like fun. We've had a lot of kids at our house this week too.
I call that pile of laundry, Mt. Never-rest :-)
Blessings,
Marcia

Playdates are great!! My kids are always so much better behaved...I don't get it! We had one this morning and have another one with mom's too tomorrow!! We did one with the same group before X-mas making gingerbread houses!! It was a blast and sure to become a yearly tradition!

By the sound of it you all had a great Christmas. Laundry is a 4 letter word in this house!! Most of our friends are out of town, so Amelia and AJ are keeping each other company. Also getting ready for the Big New Years Eve Family Bash. Happy New Year!!
