With our low budget in mind, we have been thrift store/garage sale shopping for things to decorate the new store with! These are some of my faves...
1. vintage gumball machine ( what would we put in it? )
2. large wrought iron bird cage (love!)
3. LOVE the legs on this table, I had to purchase it- I think we will paint it ( what color??? ) and make it our coffee bar.
4. turquoise potting table- love the color and the structure of it.
5. ladder shelf to give a pop of red somewhere.
6. cute secretary desk- I {heart} secretary desks.
Which one is your favorite?

I LOVE that birdcage! Is it just going to be decorative, or do you have a use for it? [either way it's amazing. . . I'm just curious :]
Score central! I love that aqua potting table -- great color with such a lovely simple design.
Oh wow.. what awesome treasures you have uncovered. My fave is the secretary. Although - I love each and every one of them. The coffee bar table makes my toes curl with delight. :D
I love the gumball machines!!:)
I love the bird cage! And...the pattern of the fabric behind the vintage gumball machine... :)

Cute secretary desk. Great find! Are you going to paint or stain it?
oh, I love that you bought the table! That's my favorite item on the page. It's going to be perfect as a coffee bar!
what fun stuff! i love the turquoise potting table...really cute!
i can't wait to see the shop!
I love, love, LOVE the birdcage!! It's so adorable. I think I will go to a thrift store & see if I can hunt one down!
Erin, those are some great finds!!
I love the pop of red!
I LOVE these, Erin! Such great finds! That red ladder shelf is fabulous. And the table - love! What about a blue/turquoise under ivory/white, distressed to show a bit of the blue.
I'm thrift shopping right now too for my new apartment. It's so much fun to find a little treasure that just needs a bit of love or proper styling to become really special!
Wow- great finds!!! I love all of the pieces, but especially love the awesome bird cage as I can see your beautiful necklaces hanging inside. I'm so excited for you! :)
definitely the secretary desk. =0)
I am going thrifting today! Love all your finds...couldn't pick a fave. Great idea for the shop and they all look great together!
Put treats for your customers in the gumball machine! or fill it with your stamping oopsies...not to say that you would have any of those :)
My favorite thing is the secretary desk. I love little desks like that with little compartments. So cute!
If it were me, and I know this is totally out there, I would put orphan beads in the gumball machine. Then customers could get a handful of eye candy. I know you sell jewelry and not beads, but I think it's a fun idea.
I like the table with the cute legs. I'd probably paint it white, but that pale aqua being seen all over the place these days would look great too.
Blessings,
Marcia
The little table with the unique legs.
The potting table is my fave, but they are all great finds! Your store is going to be lovely!
gumball machines!
Can't pick a fave, I love them all!
The vintage gumball machine, for sure!
ummm...i can't pick a favorite. i love them ALL! thrifting/garage selling is so much fun!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the red ladder shelf! Absolutely gorgeous and it's going to look just perfect in your shop! :)
I love the table that you will use for your coffee bar! That will make your store so homey and welcoming! I also do love the birdcage...I envision that as a unique display cage for your charms and chains!
Love the gumball machine! I never find cute stuff when I thrift-shop. Only junk! :)
I recently discovered thrifting and absolutely love iT! What great finds!
I have to pick one?? I LOVE them all, they will all look so great!
Love it all!!
I'd say paint that table either turquoise or a mustard yellow ... or dark gray?
I love the secretary dest, so cute!
definitely loving the secretary desk. What great finds!
how fun! i love that you could redo so many of these and paint them to make them "new" again! I love the sustainability of repurposing old things!

I love the pretty leg table..I can totally see the final product!! Bird cage is beautiful, could totally hang your necklaces off the poll inside! And for the gumball machine, how about simple inexpensive little charms to add to there necklaces...maybe say you must make a necklace purchase to purchase from the machine...that could be fun!! I know I'd sit there with like 50 bucks in quarters!LOL... <3 it Erin!

You have found such amazing things! I would have to say my fav out of them is the turquoise potting table. I am actually on the hunt for a table like that and would be so excited to score one!
Where will the store be? I live in Tulsa and would love to check it out! Maybe you could fill the gum ball machine with old buttons or clear marbles?
I love all your finds. My favorite is the ladder shelf, but I really like the secretary desk as well.
The desk is so awesome! You could use it to display things or actually use it as a desk for the store's paperwork! Our huge secretary came from an auction, and it's one of my most favorite pieces of furniture. It has the old bubbly glass panels and everything!
love pretty legs table, so pretty!! aqua, fuschia, gray??
Could you put your already stamped charms in little plastic containers in the gumball machine? Kind of like a classy version of the toy dispensers at grocery stores.
It would be between the vintage gumball machine (my boys LOVE gumballs) or the secretary. If you decide you don't want the desk I would LOVE it.
They are all so gorgeous! I have such a hard time finding beautiful things but it makes me want to go search some out! My favorite though, is the red ladder shelf!
i love the gumball machine. i would fill it with beads or jewelry!
I love all VINTAGE!!! but the gumball machine is very cool! i think you should put little daily quotes on rolled up little papers and let each customer grab one? or use it so customers can leave a quote and drop it in.Maybe like a leave a quote and take a quote type thing
