hope for orphans.

I have had this strong desire to adopt a child.

hope for orphans

I don't know yet it it's
my want
or God's plan,
so for now Ryan and I are just praying.

But we do have friends that have adopted or are in the process of adopting.
We have loved watching their journeys along the way and
I can't help but admire what they are doing.

I wanted to help :)

So the profits of this ready to ship hope for orphans necklace go towards helping loving families that are adopting!

The purchase of each necklace
helps a waiting child or baby
go home.

And they are just $25!

A fabulous gift for someone who needs a reminder of hope :)

* Please blog, tweet or facebook about this necklace, help spread the word*

Let's help some babies get home!

I positively love this! I am a very proud adoptive momma of 2/3 of my gorgeous children (both of my girls). My older daughter (3) was born in Guatemala, and my youngest daughter (10 months old) was born in Chicago with special medical needs (10 weeks early with a rare disorder and entirely blind). I can't imagine my life without their sweet smiles! Again--what a beautiful offering from TVP!

Great idea! But don't forget - there aren't just babies. :) We have one son from Guatemala, and we are in the middle of the process with DHS now for more kids. Never thought we would go down that road, but God laid it on our hearts that there are some kids out there that need families, too.

you keep praying but i doubt the Lord will tell you NO ;)
why would he not want you to bring home one of His orphans?

i'm just so glad ya'll are thinking about adoption. there is such a great need.
(i swear, the minute we chose to adopt i became like this major advocate for every orphan!)
let me know if you have questions or whatever and i truly hope ya'll go for it!!

I love it! It took me less than 5 seconds to decide to order one! Written in the back of my bible I have written ~ HOPE, Hanging on Praying Expectantly. I always think of that every time I see or write the word. I'll blog it, too!

WONDERFUL and beautiful!!

As far as deciphering God's will, someone told me once: "No one prays and fasts before they try and get pregnant, yet they think they need a burning bush to tell them to adopt."

Just sayin'. In love.

I love that you are doing this!! My husband & I just adopted our daughter in March. I will definitely spread the word. Thank you so much for doing this - the financial burden is a major setback for so many families who wish to adopt!! I will blog & tweet about this for sure!

Beautiful! My parents adopted my brother when he was 9 years old, which I always thought was incredibly good of them. Most older kids don't find homes. It wasn't easy to start with an older child, but I truly believe my family did a good thing. I've always thought if I can't have kids of my own eventually, I'd love to adopt. :)

Beautiful necklace!!! We adopted our daughter domestically a little over two years ago!!! What a blessing she has been to our family!!! Adoption is such a special and beautiful journey and I am so thankful that we got to experience it! I am going to put this on my facebook!

ahhh! i LOVE this necklace!!! (i will be ordering one AND blogging about it momentarily....)

we are in the process of adopting 2 boys from rwanda. and can't WAIT to have them in my arms! almost every night, when my husband prays with me, he prays that they would have a "sense of hope" in their hearts...they don't know yet that we are coming...but we just want God to give them HIS HOPE in their situations.

so...this necklace with the word HOPE just seems PERFECT to me.

thank you for what you are doing!!!

Oh ERIN! You stole my heart with this one! What a great idea. Will totally blog this. I want one for myself as well. We are so blessed to have Leila in our lives and I can't imagine a life without her in it. We just prayed and prayed. I asked God to lead us in whichever direction we are supposed to go. We started in Gutamala, which quickly shut down. Got to the top of the waiting list for Vietnam, and it shut down. Right then, our agency joined with another which had 3 girls waiting in Kyrgyzstan. I saw the picture of our Leila and those eyes told me it was her. Two WEEKS later, we were on the plane to meet her. God will lead you, just follow, no matter how crazy and upsetting the road gets, there is a plan for you!
Best of luck!
Kelli

I wrote about this the other day - I have ALWAYS wanted a daughter. I don't know why but I've always had a whole in my heart even after the birth of my three amazing little boys.

My husband and I have talked about adopting a little girl. We have a few reasons - one of the main is because our oldest will never be able to have children. I want him to know that just because a child does not share your DNA does not make that child less then yours.

For right now I'm settling with sponsoring a beautiful little girl named Soun Phalla through a organization that I have been involved with since 1999 when I went on a mission trip to China/Tibet with them!

I just received this necklace in the mail from a dear friend of mine. It's absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have a nine year son, that we adopted a little over two years ago! We have been through years and years of fertility and through this felt God tugging on our hearts to adopt again. We have started the process to adopt a baby this time and are excited for the journey He takes us on. This is such a sweet idea and a wonderful reminder for us as adoptive parents, but also to others of the hope that God can bring through adoption! Thank you.

Oh gosh ... my heart is in my throat!!
We've been praying, waiting and HOPEing for another child to bless our family for almost 6 years now. I thank God everyday for our son and now realize what a precious miracle he is (something I didn't recognize when I easily got pregnant with him). We are still praying, waiting and HOPEing to see how God will expand our family ... but adoption is always close to my mind and heart these days. I can't wait to order one of these and help out another couple whose hearts are longing like ours are.

Thank you Erin! Happy Day!!
