The kids and I framed this pic for Ryan after the kids each wrote a special message to Daddy on the matting around the picture, for Ryan to hang up in his office :)
Then he celebrated by swimming, biking and running in the Tulsa triathlon for the 3rd year in a row! (this time our brother in law joined him)
And then we ran through sprinklers and cooked out and ate a yummy feast!
