something new...
I love this necklace! I'm making one for me next :) I love the simplicity and the copper heart just gives it a fun touch! Fits up to 3 names or so, if you need more I can use a larger disc :)
on SALE in my Etsy store, only $25!!! There are just a few available at this price...
I'm preparing for a craft show next weekend, and I need to buy some supplies, hence the sale ;) hehe.
Got any ideas of what I should make for the show?

a new rule...
I have made up a new rule for Tessa: "baby dolls are no longer allowed to go inside the book store with us, they must wait in the car."
why? you may ask.
Because it's very likely that while in the bookstore, between drinking hot chocolate and reading her TinkerBell magazine, Tessa's baby will get hungry.
(some of you already know where I'm going with this one, don't you?)
And being the good mommy that she is, Tessa will want to feed the hungry baby right away.
So she will hike up her shirt and stick baby to her chest. And "nurse" her in the middle of the bookstore cafe, totally unaware of the snickers and giggles around her.
Leaving the adult with her speechless and not quite sure what to do about the situation...(sorry Mom!)
Therefore, I have decided it's best baby dolls just wait in the car for us :)

baby spoons, a keychain and a giveaway...
I get so excited about new stuff! The spoons I ordered came in today and I had them stamped and pictures taken in about 15 minutes!!!
They are about 4 1/2 inches long and made of stainless steel, perfect for baby! They are also perfect for big kids- Tessa wanted one just like Eden's and she loves hers!
They are so pretty and shiny, it was hard to get good pics of them!
They're just $15, so perfect for showers and stocking stuffers!
A friend of mine asked for a keychain for her Dad and I thought it came out so cute...
Made totally custom for you, just $20!
You can find them both in my Etsy shop HERE!
Let's give one away!!!
Just leave a comment saying which one you would like to have! I'll pick a random winner, good luck!

hardy har har...
This is the THIRD time this has happened.
The first time was in an aisle at Wal-Mart.
The second time was in line at Wal-Mart.
Today it happened at the zoo...
Tessa sees a lady wearing a bandana on her head. So she announces (quite LOUDLY, of course):
"look Mommy! It's a PIRATE!!!"
The lady is never happy about this and I just want to melt in embarrassment...

time to shop...
I recently worked with Amy of generationabc... this was a set where I picked the fabrics and then Amy worked her magic and we LOVE IT!!!
The top is long enough to be a dress, I just added an undershirt and tights!
Aren't the jeans so fun???
Go and bid HERE!!!
Eden got her first set to "model" (or just lay there while I took pics! ha!) and it is GORGEOUS! I think I may have to bid and try to win a matching dress for Tessa!
This was made by Amber of cherry*tea.
Isn't the apron beautiful? And you can just take it off after the holidays and make it a spring dress!!!
Find it here!
