my favorite little people...

the goal today was to get a Christmas card picture taken...

This one would be great if Eden's hat wasn't twisted...

{ my kids }

so away went the hat but Caleb went squinty with his eyes and everyone looks less happy...

{ my kids }

...and then I got a little click happy...

{ caleb }

his tooth is FINALLY coming in, yay! (this has been a BIG deal in our house, it's only taken like SIX MONTHS!!!)

{ caleb }

{ tessa }

{ tessa }

{ tessa }

{ jonah }

this kid should be in magazines (at least I think so but that's probably just because I'm his mother!)

{ jonah }

I took more of Eden at home...

{ eden elise }

{ eden }

{ eden, 5 months }

{ eden elise }

I think I may just make a collage, what do you think?

Definitely a collage! You captured such beautiful images of each of your children, Erin.

Photographing the entire group is a little like herding cats, isn't it?

We have three kiddos here (7 1/2 years, 4 1/2 years, and 15 months) and it's taken several tries to get THE PICTURE for this year's Christmas card. We have lots of fun ooops photos though -- which are fun in their own way, too.

I can't wait to see what you come up with!

I love the sweaters and hats! Your kids are the cutest!

If you like headbands and bows for your little one, I order mine from a sahm, she does freaking amazing work. I have one for almost every outfit we own.

Super cute Erin! I like the collage idea! It is SO hard to get everyone looking the same direction...then throw a baby in the mix. I know one year my sister had her three girls in a picture on a sled. They were all dressed up in coordinating outfits...but the more she tried the worse it got. The card she sent had the one in back pulling on the one in the middle (who was crying). And the little one up front was crying too with a big booger hanging out of her nose.

It was hilarious!

All of a sudden Tessa looks SO GROWN UP! Is it just because Eden came along, or what? Not sure, but all your kids are ADORABLE!

I would actually use that first pic. All the kids look great and it's fun to see them all together. I would just ignore the twisty hat, as I didn't even notice that part until I read it. They are all so cute, the hat was the last thing I looked at. I love the black and white too.

I think all of your kids should be in magazines!

Definitely a collage! There are too many good ones to choose from! I tried to take my pictures this morning and unfortunately I didn't get any good shots! We will try again later after naps :)

I love the first one! I can't get over how much older Tessa looks! We tried a few times for Christmas pics and I ended up just going with Emma alone. :) That was hard enough! I like the idea of a collage - I've seen several cards like that and they look awesome.

Those are all GREAT pictures!! Your kids should ALL be in magazines :) They're adorable and you're great at capturing the best pictures of them.
I love Tessa's hat, she looks like such a little lady!

Good luck making a decision!!

IF you're doing a collage, I'd use the first picture of them ALL and then put the ones of them individually around it.

Collage is a good way to go- so you don't have to compromise. Wow- in some of those shots Tessa is really starting to lose the "baby" face and look so little girl!! Of course they are all super cute, as usual. And Shaye will cry if her two take nearly that long to come in. :)

I did a collage, as I wasn't crazy about the picture of the kids together, but I LOVED their pictures individually. Your kids are adorable!! Love the black and white too!

Your kids are such cuties! I definitely think they should all go on the card in one big collage.

I do love wall collages but when you put a single picture in separate frames of different sizes and randomly place them in a cluster on the wall, I think that's great. I blogged about my purchase from your etsy store, http://teamtottle.blogspot.com/2008/12/one-of-my-christmas-presents.html#links
