I got this fun idea from Tonya (thanks Tonya!)
I bought a pair of women's knee high socks that were so cute, even have little pom poms on the tops...
then I cut the feet off, giving Tessa a cute pair of thigh highs, fun with a skirt or a dress...
and I got a matching pair of socks...
For $3 from Wal-Mart :)

Those are so cute!! I wish I had a little girlie to make those for! Or better yet that my legs were small enough for them to fit me like that!
Awesome idea! We scored some super cute rose pink leg warmers with pom poms at Target this weekend - just $5! We went to a birthday party yesterday and Emma received 8 compliments. :)
